I'm looking for general advice on how I can make my shorts perform better. Do you think I could do something better with the sound or the visuals? Is my cadence ok or does it sound a bit monotonous?

Well the shorts demographic is mostly people with zero attention span, so if you don't catch their eye on the literal first frame then they will most likely just scroll. The videos look really good they just need something more hooking at the beginning. hope that helps.
