I am looking for a overall feedback here where I am masking mistake . its 7-8 months channel has regular videos and shorts. but sub count and view is very less and watch time has dropped drastically since last month. Please point out mistakes.

Hey, at face value I noticed the thumbnails tend to be a bit crowded, and quite similar to one another. I think having unique thumbnails definitely makes someone more inclined to subscribe, expecting something new every time you upload.
