i am about to drop a new video in a few hours about how i kinda failed the cherry blossom sightseeing in japan plus in the vid i explain what mistakes to avoid in order to have a successful cherry blossom experience and which places to visit in sapporo, i wonder if you guys can help me..which title and thumbnail should i choose and should i change something?

I would personally do 4 or 6 for the thumbnail. As for the title those are way too long IMO. I would cut the first part and call it How Not To See Sakura.
