A 20 second short to encourage people to develop the ability to say NO - set boundaries, prioritize, balance.

Feedback
Looking for feedback on:

  1. Production quality
1.1 Should I do something about the Audio?
1.2 Is the timing comforting or too slow/fast?
1.3 What can be improved in the graphics?

  2. Narrative
2.1 Do you get engaged with the narration?
2.2 Does it feel to dry or flat? What could I change?

  3. Hook
3.1 Will you view or swipe away?
3.2 What would make you not swipe away?

People pleasers learn this the hard way. Learn how to say NO. It's admirable to be helpful and supportive. But if it comes from an inability to say no, it's not worth that much.

Start setting boundaries.
Start saying no.
This will clear time for you to deal with your own life.
And! It will add so much more meaning to when you do help others.

I really appreciate the feedback!
To recap:

  1. Improved audio quality and speaking dynamics

  2. "slide" type graphics are boring, make it more dynamic or with more interest points

Production quality

1.1 Should I do something about the Audio?

I think you need to boost your vocals a bit or turn down music or a bit of both

1.2 Is the timing comforting or too slow/fast?
Speed is a bit slow not bad thoe I would start the video at the moment you begin talking or right before

1.3 What can be improved in the graphics?

I think they are a bit plain and you should change shots based on what you're currently speaking about. An example of this is when you are listing priority you should have in life maybe flash picture of some of those priorities.

2.1 Do you get engaged with the narration?

  • Ya
2.2 Does it feel to dry or flat? What could I change?
  • No it does not feel flat you could speak with a bit more inflection but that will come with practice.

3.1 Will you view or swipe away?

  • I would view but room for improvement
3.2 What would make you not swipe away?
I would change the hook to something more assertive and snappy like It's time to start saying "no" with confidence and without guilt stop trying to solve everybody problems...

These are just what came to mind as I watched it it's a good video though I like the subject matter
