You can try a combination of MEGA and Google Drive, by divvying up the video.

Dropbox, Google Drive or even WeTransfer. But there is only so much you can upload, without having to upgrade to a paid membership.

Yea I ran into that problem with having to pay when I tried to use Google Drive

I was thinking I could just spit the video to half the file size

YouTube upload with unlisted or private setting, share the URL of that. Can also be downloaded using a YT to mp4 program but they are either low resolution (720p) or not free.

Alternatively, break the video up into smaller parts if you just need them sent to somebody else.
