So i feel like i been doing everything right so far I've only been doing youtube for 6 months and progress been great in improving my skills but i havent seen crazy growth like others and not trying to compare myself others but i feel like i missing something I have improved in my edits and got better on thumbnails content is constant but still no traction? anybody got pointers?

You're a let's play channel that's a highly saturated niche plus the best time for let's play channels was early youtube times, gaining high amount of subs in a short time from lets play channels ended in 2017s i'm not saying you can't be a lets play channel but it's hard to grow them in these years, audience changed a lot they want highly edited dopamine rushes and pure lets play content doesn't provide it , I'm not saying this to discourage you, but its a highly saturated niche, so even a little improvement can get you infront of thousands on your niche, if you really want to keep going as a let's play channel, i would advise checking out coryxkenshins content he's a let's play channel as well but he evolved his content making them highly edited and not having too much slow moments on the videos so that way he can still be a lets play channel in this day and age where people can't keep their attention more than 5 seconds
other than that there's nothing wrong with your channel your thumbnails and video quality , audio quality those stuff are good
