That is one banger of a thumbnail but I would add text or maybe like an arrow somewhere to help draw attention but that’s kinda extra. What really got me was the title, I think it’s too long but idk what else you could change it too.

So here’s my thoughts..
I don’t know what the video is about unless I read the title. If you’re able to work in some contextual images or text to the thumbnail this may help assist the viewer who is just scrolling and looking at imagery.
For the title change “How I..” to “How to..” as it’s a more popular search term.
