B looks the cleanest alright but it still looks a bit busy, maybe lose one of the elements? Not the cartoon guy though, that adds a bit of comedy to it. I also like the colourful background on C, helps the thumbnail stand out, especially on YT...

I like the first but I would switch the survival guide graphic because the resident evil for dummies book is way too cluttered to be that small and i understand wanting the resident evil text in there but it’s not necessary and gets lost anyways . People who know will know the character and zombie and those that don’t have no interest in the video anyways
