the thumbnail could use some work, the text is a bit hard to see (has to be visible on mobile too) and the guns should be more of a focus (possibly larger?). If you haven't already, think about getting photoshop and watching some tutorials! I think your vid could benefit from getting to gameplay within 30 seconds for now. I like your setup stuff but remember when you edit that you don't need to repeat yourself. pacing is solid other than that though. COD might be hard to get noticed in right now, possibly consider a more mid sized shooter to keep traffic up while not competing against pros and larger content creators. I think the length is solid for this kind of content, too much longer and people might get bored and click off. also totally agree with you're points about being a small youtuber in the vid, Keep it up! overall I think the vid is solid, just might need to find a way to stand out amongst the competition. Not sure how many people are still doing cod commentaries though so perhaps I'm wrong there.
