I am not your target audience, but I find it quite difficult to follow.
Very fast pacing and lots of text thrown at me.
I prefer it a little bit slower.

And why are your shorts flopping? I mean you have only 8 shorts, but the last 4 shorts have all the best views so far 🤔

Shorts are unbelievable difficult to predict. You can upload the same short at the same time at different days and you will get different results.
With 8 videos so you are doing a great job with these views! I wouldn't worry too much about numbers right now and focus on uploading regularly. The numbers will increase by itself.
