You go straight into the video content which is great.
You're a little hard to hear sometimes, I'd try speaking a tiny bit slower and maybe boosting your commentary volume a tad.
Writing is good, you bring up backed up points and couple them with your personal experience/perspective.
The background music sounds bad. Background music is good for this kind of video but this specific track is unpleasant lol.
The thumbnail is nice and clean but doesn't tell me what the video's about. You could add big text and arrow pointing at the game character with like "DEAD ON ARRIVAL?" or "SABOTAGED" or something that piques interest and touches on the video's content. You could even add two red crosses over her eyes to give the thumbnail some color (draws attention)
You need a little something to break up the constant commentary. You're speaking at native speed, which is different from a presentation speed. So it starts to jumble together and just sounds like someone ranting about something for 4 minutes. It's hard not to tune it out after 2 minutes and I stopped listening. You need peaks and valleys to keep my attention. Maybe a pause or cut to gameplay or just something to break up the video. Imagine if someone started talking to you about their fantasy football team non-stop for 4 minutes. After a minute or two you'd mentally check out.
