Wouldn't say I dislike any of them, my favorite is probably the third. I really like the sort of 3D effect on all of them with the text covered by some parts of the game and the text being so large is definitely good for it popping out

although all of them look very good. i like the cat game one the best, it just seemed to catch my attention the most.
probably a combination of:
- colour balance (cat, background, text)
- repetitive text
- framing of cat in the middle
things i would suggest is to incorporate "stray", the name of the game, somewhere in the title, for keyword search and better exposure. this also means you don't need to include the title of the game in the thumbnail to avoid double unnecessary double ups.
another interesting idea i had, which you don't need to use, is to maybe add some kind of emote symbols to further emphasise the cat, and evoke some kind of emotion

here's an example of what i mean (the cat itself is not necessary) but what i mean is the effects in yellow. it draws attention to the cat and adds an emotion of surprise.
i think they are all very good though. :)
