Created a Thumbnail for my next video, wanted to know what you think about it.
personally,
i think it looks great, with not a lot going on, it gets the point across.
i'm curious, do you have an idea for the title already?
the left side (the "common" one):
- i think blurring the background behind the diamond, or darkening it may help the diamond pop more.
- although it isn't bad, it feels like it kind of blends in the background a bit. maybe adding some things around the diamond could also make it appear more different from the background.
- anything that could separate the background cliffs and foreground diamond a bit more.
the right side (the "rare" one):
- maybe adding arrows, or question marks for mystery. and to guide the viewer's attention to the "rare" item which would supposedly be revealed by watching the video
- i think adding some kind of emotion through a reaction is also a possible option (like this: https://i.imgur.com/rzpiWeb.png)
- another user here (sorry i can't credit, i forgot who) mentioned you can also use https://thumbsup.tv/. it is very useful when previewing your thumbnail at different sizes it may appear on sites

I am really thankful for your feedback, highlighting the diamond is actually a really good idea!
Well, I think your thumbnail is really good; good contrasts, emotions, text starting on the left side of the thumbnail. The colors are quite well, there is a good contrast. I would definitely click on that video if I was interested in the game it is about!
What's missing for me is a "cliffhanger", if I look at the thumbnail I know that you are opening something 100x but it doesn't really make me want to watch the video. Maybe you could place a really rare item in your thumbnail, that you can get out of those 100 chests (I don't know which game this is about, haha).

oh my bad, that image was just an example of what i meant about the "face" to show emotion. and my "feel free to let me know" was just on the feedback in general and what you thought of your own thumbnail. maybe you already had some ideas to change in mind, or had clashing opinions. which is why i asked that.
