What: Video Feedback
Type of Feedback: This my first attempt of Think piece I wondering this was done well.
Specifics: My biggest fear is the background music and my audio I would love to know if that's in working order.

I can DM the video, for anyone willing to help.

Script: First things, first - I think you're onto something, TTRPG video essays is a niche I haven't seen people cover and it's definitely an interesting one. Your initial script is good, but to be honest it sounds more like a rough outline a video rather than a script to a video itself. I think you could have expended on each segment by a bit, definitely would need more length to properly elaborate on the issue at hand. However, if you wanted to provide more of a, "Quick Look"-style video, I'd even cut out some of the content you covered, like the Dall-E segment, so that you have more room to elaborate on the points which would have more of an affect on TTRPG.

Editing: So here's an area that I think if you can improve the most. You use a lot of video clips, but they're not properly embedded into the video's content. I would say to treat clips as you would quotes in an essay - paraphrase in your own words where you can, and use audio/visual clips wherever it can emphasize a point you've just made. I'd work on your transitions - the film dissolve while useful can be jarring an break the flow of the video. If paraphrasing, have the video maybe underneath w/ some blur, and instead of film dissolving just cut to your next clip or image in beat with either the music or your words, that way it flows more smoothly. I'd also suggest sourcing some of your own clips, but I understand if yr at a point where you don't have the tools to do that.

Audio: Audio is so important! And just so you know, you have a good tone of voice and rhythm, especially for the sort of low-bpm chill bg music you chose. On that note, the music is good! For short video essays, it definitely helps put viewers in the mood. However, your VO is where you can put the most work. At several points the quality of your audio drops and it's a bit jarring - takes me out of the experience. I think you can make it work with your current audio hardware, I'd just recommend doing a 2nd/3rd take when recording.

Thank you for this, I'll definitely take this in, and make some corrections for future videos!

I guess I made the video a lot shorter than what I expected, because I was nervous I was going on a tangent, The clips for me where meant as a framing device for each segments, maybe setting the tone for each video, but, maybe that didn't work out the way I expected.

As for audio, I'll Definity do more takes when it's needed form now on. Again thank you so much for this, Imma gonna read this again when I get back form home and definitely take some notes.
