Hello. I'm the "free game" guy that lives in #memes and #⏰slowposting, so you might not know me from other channels.
My suggestion is basically in the title. A self role for free games, so I can ping people that want free games when I post them.
(Also a role that shows my acc is legit, when I want to do Steam key giveaway would be nice. First giveaway was won by @chilly prairie as the only contestant. The second one, only a few days later, people avoided like the plague.)

I don't think we can make a role pingable only by you though it would get abused by other users probably

What if you combine the two suggestions I made (the "legit giveaway role" for my acc) and give that role permision to ping "freegame" role?
Would that work? I've never moderated any server before so idk.
Also, sorry for the ping.

There's no way to make certain roles only pingable by other roles in discord, what we can do is make a thread in gaming for giveaways where only a handpicked number of people can talk in it
