RLCraft Version: 2.10 Alpha

Bug/Issue: Fence self-destruction

Steps to reproduce: Place cobblestone or wooden fences in an environment where it can snow, wait for fence to share a space with a sheet of snow, break sheet of snow, punch the fence a little, turn around 360 degrees, and see that the fence is gone.

Will also note, I believe but have not personally seen, that when sheep eat the grass under the sheet of snow, this also causes the fence to be destroyed in the same manner.

I think wooden fences disappearing after being covered with snow can be seen as "it rots" and might be "realistic"

I mean, I've not tested it with materials other than oak and cobblestone, but if both of those are subject to this, I can imagine it's LIKELY all fence types

I remember having to replace fences all the time in 2.9.1c I just thought it was a feature xD
