The environment:
- I am a Dragon
- Two block high area
The situation: - Enchanted Ankh Shield
- Put shield back into anvil slot (didn't close window) and typed a name to see how much it would cost
- Returned shield to inventory
- Pressed F to move shield to offhand, still in anvil window
- Fatal error
- Rejoining had my shield in offhand, nothing else noticed
