On Stingin’s stream yesterday he caught a Magikarp. However, the secret quest did not pull into his quest log. This was supposed to have been fixed but apparently not. He catches the fish at exactly 4:00:00 into stream.

Yeah, he went back into the questbook when i told him its supposed to be a hidden secret quest and it still wasn't showing. He assumed there was a pre-requisit but there shouldn't be
He also handled the Magikarp several times during that

I think it did some wierd stuff if it didnt have a prereq because its a hidden questline
cause the whole chapter is behind the rod quest before you can view it and iirc setting it to no prereq or setting the prereq to the rod quest made the whole chapter always active

Maybe the prerequisite should just be the fishing rod one then since that is required to be made to actually get the magikarp?
