Hey guys - I'm still not sure what's the difference between Commander and Sub-Commander.
Is it:
Commander: Any Leader- no matter how many wounds.
Sub-Commander: A Leader with less than 10 Wounds?
So I as Bonesplitterz with only Leaders under 10 W still could pick 2 Warlord Batallions - if I have 6?

Being 10+ Wounds is usually a strike against many of the models that have it for that reason
And other reasons
No cover, no Look Out, Sir!, harder to fit into Battalions like Warlord or Battle Regiment
For example, it's why the Killaboss on Gnashtoof is considered to be a somewhat disappointing unit.
