So me and some friends are starting a path to glory campaign and I'm a little confused when I first create my army can I include a battalion? Or do I have to earn those through out the campaign ?

At the start of your Path you can pick one Core Battalion OR one Warscroll Battalion (Step 3 in the PtG section)

Additional Battalions you can get while fulfilling the related Mission/ task. (I play in German, so wording might not be 100% similar) - it's 1-2 pages later.

Yeah I was just having some issues finding the text about it it's cool that you can use warscroll battalions
