Hi just have a quick question with current pitch battle book
regarding "proving grounds"
so if an objective gets chosen as the proving grounds for the battle round by 2nd turn player it is my understanding that only units with Galletian vet keyword can contest it, so even though i have a non galletian unit within 6" and opponent also has a non galletian unit within 6" on that chosen objective, neither one of us control it at the end of turn?
Thanks

So few things to unpack here:
- Control is gained after battleshock, and only for the player whose turn it is.
- Control once gained stays with the player who got it until an opponent takes it away.
So if you have an objective that no one previously controlled, it gets marked as proving ground and current turn player has no GV's within 6 from it, then no one gains control of it.
But of course if say you previously held it, or the opoonent, then that control continues.
