Hi guys, If Bastian Carthalos is the General - can he pick a Holy Command? Or can only generic generals pick one?

Generals don't pick a Holy Command - it's a Unique Enhancement that is taken army-wide

#

And any qualified Hero can use it

well it doesnt say hero some actually specify unit types

a good example of this is Thunderbolt volley can come from StormDrake Guard because they have the requisite keyword
