I think theres a good idea here, would need some workshopping but the concept of a minigun that would overheat or something to progressively get buffs and nerfs based on revv time is neat and would fill a gimmick niche
maybe not faster move speed since heavy is defined by being slow, but gaining/losing accuracy, fire rate, etc etc is a good core to base it around on
