i don't think it's interesting be double dipping on engineers utility at the cost of your primary support building
and if you want to support your team on a riskier hold, just move your dispenser
Stop replacing teleporters with non mobility options
Then use the fucking jump pads?
We already have
Sentry (dmg/area denial)
Dispenser (healing and ammo)
Tele/jump pad (mobility)
So why exactly do we need to transform the mobility slot into a weaker dispenser
Finally an engie can hog not only the dispenser but also 2 extra packs for himself and since he himself suffers the least from no tele, why should he care
like what choccy said, teleporter slot should be reserved for movement support
This is not innovative for engineer, it effectively just tweaks his healing numbers in exchange for losing a different tool. He gains nothing new and loses something far more important and interesting
it wouldn't say there's a rule preventing teleporters being replaced with a non-mobility option, but overlapping options on the same class is boring
Bringing up the shock therapy is a moot point, since it's purpose isn't increasing the medic's healing output, since it has a -healing rate downside. It's purpose is the rescue hit, which is very different from healing with the medigun
This isn't really innovative, it's just a smaller ammo and health dispenser. Replacing the tele with that is odd, and I'm not for it
Alright, what you're offering isn't that interesting. It's a shittier split dispinser
Like, what do you want? "Ooooo, woooow"
It's the upteenth time it was suggested
Replacing the teleporter / jump pad with what amounts to a second dispenser doesn't really sound like the best idea
What were you just saying about “making it personal”?
It doesn't really bring anything new to the table. It's just sacrificing the mobility options engi brings to his team in exchange for "more dispenser." It's not a sidegrade to the teleporter / jump pad
You think it was about you specifically?
Both were referring to how the things you were saying don’t support the weapon, not anything about you as a person.
The only one dishing out personal attacks here is you.
It's the worse version of the disposable dispenser idea
