Overview: a big team colored backpack as secondary, which works like a mix between the dispenser and the rejuvenator ubercharge.

The main idea: equipping this backpack will give you a meter that charges collecting ammo boxes and dropped weapons (payloads and dispensers dont charge it).
At its maximum, you can throw your backpack in the ground ( like the rejuvenator uber) and give you and your team health (10 hp/s) ,ammo (20%/s), metal (40, when hit the ground) and cloak (5%/s) ( these stats are equal to lvl 1 dispenser), for 4 seconds in a considerable radius ( more than a dispenser at least).
When you die having maximum charge, all players can collect your backpack receiving 50% hp and 50% ammo.

Considerations: now scout can help his team a little and have some sort of sustain at cost of damage. Fell free to discuss about it.
