Allow them to add a custom loading screen sort of like on Gmod

I.e rules and contact details

adding to the hud might be fine but definitely not to the main menu, keep it consistent so people can always easily leave or go to the options and such

i can see it being disorienting at best and used maliciously at worst

i can see servers tricking people into clicking on buttons to do bad stuff like redirecting to other servers or opening links and such

unless u made the features very limited, but even then i dont think servers should be able to mess with the main menu
