Dynamic Medic call-outs

Rather than using a specific call-out from the voice menu, you can use the E key to give call-outs to Medic depending on the situation.

• Holding E gives out the “Follow me!” voice line without needing to aim at the Medic.
• If Medic is currently healing you and his Übercharge is 100%, pressing E will give out the “Activate Charge!” voice line.

these are holes which make this part of the suggestion less useful

Probably more useful to just make it "activate charge" regardless of whether or not you are being healed or if the medic has charge

cause sometimes a med will be healing someone but looking for a target to Uber either immediately or once he has charge

potentially also a good excuse to add a talk bubble for Uber request calls also
