Description:
• melee weapon
• sends a flock of pigeons that attacks the target
• works only on teammates who pick up a healthkit near you while you are on critical health
• 10 damage per pigeon
• number of pigeons depends on ubercharge %

Debuffs:
• -25% uber buildup rate
• -10 total HP

This could be a syringe gun replacement. Here is my idea of how it would work:
On use-sends out a pigeon to do one of these things depending on what the medic is looking at:

1. (Looking at a nearby friendly dispenser or a random medikit) The pigeon goes and collects a medlit from the targeted source and brings it to the medic.
2. (Looking at an enemy) cocos from legend of zelda ocarina of time starts attacking the targeted enemy.
   The pigeon can be shot out of the sky by enemies at any time.

Beautiful art, but the concept doesn't suit the tf2 style. On my opinion
