#A shotgun that heals heavy overtime but has less ammo

Give me your opinions and some weapon problems that maybe I can come up with a solution
this looks REALLY weak
+4 hp on heavy is really not all that much
and the other stats are counter-intuitive
being expected to kill a target for 30 hp (not that much for heavy) with a REALLY underpowered shotgun
+4 hp/second sounds alright for a roaming heavy (if it's on wearer), but the shotgun itself is so weak that it'd pretty much be a glorified wearable
this so weak
with this shotgun you can't kill no one
ok if you don't gonna use shotgun but +4hp/s ok it's good but maybe 5hp/s gonna be better
extremely lame. the decision between the sandvich and shotty is super interesting and this feels like a weak middle ground, the exact kind of weapon tf2c tries to avoid
