only really an issue if you're someone who tries to go for chainstabs, this is designed for a slower, more pick-and-choose style of gameplay
the upsides dont really benefit you for playing in such a way tho
all the upsides seem pretty random and dont have anything to do with each other, like what would destroying enemy sappers do for you
it doesn't do anything for you, it's a supportive act for your engineer
why should a spy be able to remove sappers, its the engineer's responsibility to watch his buildings
and i really dont see how the other upsides work with the downside, its a massive downside for very small random buffs

this looks like you threw 4 random stats together with no reason
"decloaks and undisguises enemy spys" like WHY
"taunt for 15s of invis" WHHYYYY
the idea is meant to be that you're using the screwdriver to like, mess with the technology
it feels like you threw both of these in there just bc why not
then do sth remotely related
