the outline for this idea is the splash wall sub weapon from the splatoon series, where you throw it down and it temporarily blocks enemy attacks, with the uptime being reduced when it takes damage
this would be a recharging secondary like the brick, hence why "buildable" is in quotes - it's not a standard building created with the construction pda
i'm not too sure on this idea anymore due to potential overlap with how the rejuvenator uber works, but i thought i'd put it out there
