I thought it was impossible too not that long ago but It’s 100% muscle memory dependent. Your best bet will be to set the dummy to jump and practice anti airs for 10-15 mins a day in training mode. You have to train it like an automatic reflex to an opponents jump.
make sure v sync is off try to look for the jump instead of just reacting to it for start at least
