I’m a plat modern Ken player and I’ve had a lot of fun playing with him but I started to play ed and want to learn more about how he plays as well as learn classic controls if anyone is willing to help me that would be amazing

I believe his most effective gameplan is to take low risk pokes, low risk max range st.hp’s to bait whiffs.
If people whiff you get high damage conversions via st.hp, and if they block you can go for charged flicker to get strike/throw/shimmy mix.
The basic counter to a lot of his options is to just DI, but Ed has a lot of ways to bait a DI via charged flicker canceled into command back dash and utilizing is flicker normals as theyre largely special cancellable.
