Ryu mirrors idk its because I just can't check the dash and lots of ryus I play have a very strong flowchart I can't deal

Ok so I’ll note a few things I picked up on

if you’re picking up VT1, make sure you’re juggling hadoken into Shoryuken in the corner

#

Missing out on a lot of stun if you don’t

try to be cognizant of people looking to use anti fireball tools

#

The more inputs that tool has, the more distracted that person is likely to be

#

That means you can get closer without them trying to stop you as effectively

#

if you’re blocking (especially on wake up) block low. I caught you with cLK on almost every kd outside of the corner

A lot of the MUs you listed are with characters that have strong anti fireball tools. I imagine that’s part of your struggle against them?

There’ll be times you have to fight without a fireball in neutral (essentially)

That’s ok; people will still be playing more defensively bc they don’t want to get hit by a fireball

Get comfy closing the distance with walking

Combine that with anti airs, and just stalling people in the corner, and you’ve a solid gameplan
