The only few themes I can think of that are hard are rainbow (because you have very little room to stretch outside the box) and panda (because I can’t build pandas especially not in the time limit)
Hedgehogs are easy enough to build 3d

I'd play a JB with double that time honestly to try to make something especially nice, but I'm probably just slow. I think a bit of time for forethought and planning goes a long way
