for SG they could also Add in dous if your teamate kills the person that killed you. You could Respawn but without your stuff you had before just so then it wont be so much of Op.

I like the idea of an item you place (like a block) with an arrow on the top that always points to the nearest player

i have a problem witht the xp... its to difficult to level up even at level 8. And level 8 is a low number. You should get more xp for games because almost every game ive played ive won but its taking to many games to level up. its like trying to level up to level 25 in treasure wars. It shouldnt be that difficult
