Here's how the basics of murderer mystery goes, I get assigned innocent, collect coins while the murderer is killing people, he kills the sheriff and camps on top of the hat, I get the sheriff hat, miss one of my shots, he chases me, then I turn around and shoot him, then I celebrate and say GG, and the murderer says "No need to be toxic"

Heres how my usual rounds go:
So most of the time I’m innocent, I gather coins, hear the murderer kill a few people, get a gun, gather more coins until i get 30, the murderer kills the sheriff, and camps like usual, I “try to get the gun” with my fist out, so he sees me, I try to duke him, he becomes confident that I have no gun, so he charges, I draw my bow and shoot.

They usually walk in a straight line so, I usually hit the shot

So If i win, I just say GG and the murderer just, stares at me. If I lose, i just go new game

An idea I had awhile go was mystery boxes, these would replace the speed and invisible machines on the map, what these mystery boxes would do, is you could get a random item from it, (with 5 different items to choose from) 1 item would be a speed potion which would grant you 30 seconds of super speed, however you can choose when you want to use it. The second item would be a invisible potion which grants you 15 seconds of invisibility, however just like speed, this can be used whenever you want. The third item would be a clone of yourself, to help confuse the innocents, or the murderer. The 4th item would be a splash potion of blindness to help you make a quick escape. And finally the last item would be another arrow, each chance to get an item is a 20% chance!

The splash potion is nice, but it shouldnt be really effected. Only for a short while and not really so powerful that you cant see anything because that gives the innocents and sheriff a chance to shoot you

yeah, but the clone would just mimic what you do, it would only be their for 5 seconds then despawn, the point of the clone would be just to confuse the people at the moment, and for the speed, this is already kind of like spaceship with the speed jars as well, and with the invisibility, you can still see the trail particles so you wont be compleatly visible.

And the splash potion would only have like a 4 by 4 block radios, and would blind everyone to see far away, meaning they can still see close up, however the splash potion would also blind you as well

Plus, the mystery box would cost 10 coins to get an item
