@edgy tapir Bedrock somewhat has that setting. In video settings you can turn up the brightness to 100. I can see my way nicely through the maps, I don't even bother with the cauldron except when trying to get invisibility or speed. :)

When you're the murderer, the nether star in your inventory is your throwable. Press/use it and it throws an arrow (or cosmetic if you change how it looks) straight forward

@serene marsh The maps are designed so you can look for them in every corner. Things like speed boosts etc mean you can look everywhere very quickly. I myself have had the odd game where they hid really well, but that's the job of the innocent. The coins are there to try tempt them out for weapons and points.

We looked at all our TIMV and even MIMV maps but decided they didn't fit how we wanted. That's why these maps have a very different layout.

There are dead ends and things not too commonly found in other games.

Also. We do have the map builds but we have custom 3D models added to each map as well as power ups and different types of secrets to make each map unique. It takes time to make, config and test all that.
