For some reason, Hide and Seek on Java edition has become one of the top game modes and I do not understand why it is so different on here but I think I am starting to understand. Hide and Seek on Java has always been popular with many famous youtubers joining Java to simply play Hide and Seek and that caused it to have many updates and create a large community. The issue with Bedrock’s version is it hasn’t as for one, it’s Bedrock while most Minecraft Youtubers are Java primarily and it has kind of been set to the side for popular game modes. Due to this, it never really had an established community. I think Butter is trying or tried to establish a community but it never works for some reason.

This also brings up the point of just some games don’t simply succeed in the future. Music Masters is a game on Java which barely anyone plays for fun at this point and that is simply because it is difficult to change and update the game to make it more exciting without changing the primary purpose of the game. This can be argued as what is happening with Hide and Seek. Although there are updates, there isn’t really much change to make it more entertaining to the majority. Also ani, hello there. Like ani, if they changed it, it may upset the people who like it as is. The thing I would want to see to work towards are more unique cosmetics rather than the basic hider cosmetics.

yeah i would love more cosmetics for it. gameplay wise i dont think much needs to change. people think its boring and that there needs to be things to bully the seekers but i dont think thats really necessary. those who want to hide can hide and those who want to combo the afk seeker can do that xd

Hide and seek is repeatedly crashing for me as well. I played murder mystery for quite some time with no problem. When I am in the h&s lobby it is fine; however, any time I am hiding in the game it almost immediately closes down the app.

Well, intentionally afking to gain experience is against Hive’s rules now so it is no longer technically allowed. I do not see how AFK would work in HNS as you either die or be a seeker and no one does anything but besides the occasional win experience, there really isn’t that much

It's fun but unfortunately that's until either Hacker's or "Try hards" ruin the game. Such as seekers knowing your exact location as if they know where you are exactly. Either they grown a brain or hacked the game to expose your gamertag or got lucky. Either way it's either unfair or difficult.

Like 1 match of hide and seek, the seeker kept finding every hider as if they know where there hiding right off the bat, keep in mind that some spots where I was hiding 90% of people won't be able to find me but only that 10% will. Most cases it's usually try hards and/or hackers (PC player's) or people who grown a brain or got lucky.
