I would not worry about times or leaping, first get used to the maps and don’t take any risks (if you really don’t want to die, literally wait at every trap and after it’s activated - put back-, run until you get to the next one etc. Once you’re comfortable with how the traps work and the maps use this to your advantage and take note of your average times. Some time after that you can practice leaping etc. Watch videos if unsure. Then you can watch the wr videos to see how it’s done and know what your up against 😄
