In Deathrun you have a clearly defined map which is the race track. If you go on top of barriers/outside said track, then you're out of the map

the builders are humans, they can't create a perfect map with 0 problems as that's just impossible. the point of the game is to finish the map, so of course any ways to get out are unintended and the best thing to do would be to report them on the forums so that they can be fixed. talking about it here will not help your case so i'd suggest to drop it and wait for a response to your email

because I know why that hole on Gardens is there. that spot used to be dispensers in the wall so when they removed the dispensers they forgot to patch the hole
