Pretty much no one is safe from him afterwards.

Quite deep, but still stays reasonable within the boundaries of Classic Mega Man lore overall. Characters don't do anything they wouldn't normally do in canon, unless taken to the extreme, like Mega Man does.

The most important part so far is Rock does what he should've done years ago, and goes for the Wily kill in this fic.

Triggered by not only the years of fighting and suffering robot Masters had to endure Wily brought upon them, but also the heartache of not wanting to bring down a single human life that could stop it all (Dr. Wily's)

It takes a lot to bring Mega Man this badly down to his knees at the thought of ending the war indefinitely, but in this fic/AU the consequences are far greater than he, and Wily, ever thought they would be.

I'm trying to show the story and the characters through a graphic novel style of comic pages, but don't have enough time to keep a consistent upload schedule on them >< ...

Tbh I do like how some fan games like Unlimited handles Proto Zero and stuff

I wouldn't just copy the concept, but I enjoy it

It is a bummer we don't have more insight of how the classic series transitions into the X series, I'd die for a game or comic or anything that'd give us a few more hints of how it happens... just a hint or two would be eye-opener

It’s been a staple ever since MM3, he would use the excuse under the guise of Break Man to test and challenge Mega Man, to stall him from stopping Wily’s plan, but he was also curious about Light’s new son, and wanted to see if he was worthy…

Then it came to a head in 7, when he finally declared they should see who “father made strongest”. It’s stands to reason he’d want to see how more powerful and responsible his little bro is with the fabled double gear system installed. Just a shame we never saw this in 11.

Every bit of light in this world has its darkness and we shouldn't hide from it. Faded Light has a fascinatingly deep psychological side to it's premise, that is worthy to explore.

Rock Light is a complicated creation. He deserves exploring how that fragile psyche could cope under real pressure.

Hey este, i have a question about ur AU! So, in the AU.. Will dr cossack also involved in the story or nope?

Yup, Cossack and Kalinka do exist here, just in their own place away from Mega City. They're both a bit older since the story takes place roughly 10 years after the events of MM11

I have it planned so they, unlike other people, will be survivors. Cossack eventually finds out what horrors unfold in Mega City, and Kalinka also realizes earlier on thanks to Beat, but his dad is adamant not to help out at first.

Cossack will eventually get ahold of Rock himself (after he goes berserk) and will try to fix him/give back his reasoning. It works at first but doesn't last long (he's not Dr. Light after all), Rock ends up threatening the doc after he was tricked into thinking everything is back to normal.

Kalinka will also try to help out, unlike Cossack she will remain friends with Rock, but Rock doesn't want to accidentally hurt her

Tango got a bigger redesign since I decided he was gonna be a Wily cat

Treble mainly got diff colors, and her gender being refered to as a female wolf rather than male. The shape is similar to the OG

Rush is the least changed, only with those small differences (and damaged later)
