It is about the teams that people might create on Rec Room
I just want to know if it is allowed to report someone that was annoying to a member and then ask the whole club to report him

Yes and no. Reporting as an individual is perfectly ok. But, once you start asking the entire club to report someone, especially if they did NOT witness the issue, would then be classed as spam or mass reporting and could get everyone involved a ban.
