You can email Rec Room and ask!!!!
Just email Rec Room support, label your email as a "Data Portability Request", and ask for a **copy of all personal data Rec Room holds on you, and any data regarding your account that they're able to provide. **
This is something mentioned in their Privacy Policy, not some random secret or trick. I'd recommend clarifying that your request is NOT for your account deletion though, just to be safe and make sure no support agent misinterprets your request.
Give them a day or two, and they'll email back asking for proof you own the account. For me, this was them requesting proof of a previous purchase, so I went to my Meta purchase history since I own RR on Quest, and screenshotted an old purchase.
Once you've proven you own the account, they'll send you some files with things like every bio and username you've ever had, as well as more technical data like whatever devices/IPs you've used before with Rec Room.
This isn't gonna export all your rooms or anything like that, but it can be a fun way to go on a trip down memory lane and have a copy of some of your Rec Room history!
Please remember to be kind and patient with whoever's handling your request! If they keep asking for more proof you own the account or anything like that, it's not because they want to be hard on you, they just gotta be sure it's really you, otherwise they could get in big trouble. Show 'em your Rec Room best!
