I'm sorry you're dealing with that, but when you play online you're bound to be harassed and insulted, some people are like that sadly.
But if you're trying to report them this isnt the place, you need to use the in game report system, and if you have proof of them targeting you on rec room then I highly suggest you make a Zendesk ticket.
If you have proof on discord, then report them to discord
