I need advice for animation

Im trying to become a really good animator and i alr know the basic stuff like “speed up the animation” and “use a lot of frames” but they still come out kinda weird looking can someone give me a really good tip?

put a keyframe every 1 second and pose each of those and when you finish insert key frames and pose them it might come out smoother

and ive animated in roblox not rr
