#Launch validation failed

Anybody have a fix for 'Launch validation failed. Is Rec Room installed correctly?' on PCVR? Uninstalling and reinstalling won't work. Fresh installs of windows on any recent build (23h2, 24h2, 25h2) makes no difference. Verifying files makes no difference. Entirely new PC makes no difference. Zendesk cannot help either. Rec room is the only game impacted.
