Vmods won't be able to help you as they cannot issues bans or voice bans themselves. (They can only report what they've seen). At least that's what I've been told.
RR Moderation won't help you on DIscord. Gotta open a Zendesk ticket.

ANd that kid saying n word will most likely get voice banned at a later time. They say voice bans are not instantaneous.
