Sooo, i had an account in 2022 or 2021 i think. It had some gloves that is probably unobtainable, it was my account. My mum first made my account in my phone, then on laptop. When i played again, it didn't remember me! I was on mobile and laptop at that time. But since i wanna have multi-account so i can tell people im an og, i decided to ask people on how to recover it, i forgot the username, email. And password. Can rec room email me and give me the old email?

Even if you knew the name and password they can't give the Email.
Only way to get it is by having the name, the Email and maybe need a receipt.
It's also fully possible that the account doesn't have an Email and the account can't be recovered at all
