How would i do this?

do you guys know how i would do this game
i want to make it so there are infinite turns
but each turn one person gets eliminated
and everyone does a vote on who to eliminate
and whoever gets eliminated gets thrown into a fire

Such specific circuitry would count as a commission though, would it not?
